For backpacking solo, it's the way to go. It takes no time to set up and the material provides plenty of ventalation. I've tested it in a few storms and had pretty good success. Over time, it starts to seep in the rear and around the edges. When it gets damp, it sags quite a bit and the fly doesn't cover the back enough. For two people, there's not much room for the bodies, much less the gear.
