Sierra Designs Stash 1
Small and lightweight. Perfect for those weight-conscious hikers.
Pros
- Lightweight
- Compact
Cons
- Not the best in rain.
This tent is very lightweight and compact. It has a small footprint which allows you to quickly set up in the smallest of spaces. You will have to dress / undress outside the tent then slide in the side door ... unless you are a contortionist that is.
The tent is great, until it rains. Then the fly will sag in the middle and contact the tent itself. You will then have water droplets falling onto your sleeping bag.
The vestibule will only shelter a pair of boots or small daypack at best.
I would recommend this tent if you are in an arid area that only sees sporadic rainfall.
