The Stohlquist SeaTow Bullet Bag simplifies a potentially chaotic situation, making rescues and towing that much easier. The outer bag is made of durable nylon and houses a solid-core polypropylene rope that can be deployed by simply pulling the carabiner that doubles as a handle. An internal drawcord and barrel lock keep everything secure when not in use. Stohlquist added belt loops to make this bag easy to mount to a harness or PFD.
Stohlquist SeaTow Bullet Bag - The SeaTow Bullet Bag is a streamlined 'bullet nose' tow bag that throws like a football. The flattened back side easily mounts onto the back center of the Descent, Tow Motion, or X-Tract rescue PFDs so it's ready for deployment and use. The back side belt loops accommodate the Stohlquist QR belt. A flexible foam plate lays flush against the back of your allowing for left or right hand deployment. 55' of high visibility floating polypropylene rope anchors to the back plate for direct translation to torso energy. The attached carabiner doubles as a rip cord handle for easy access with just a twist and the rope feeds out through a gusseted reverse taper of soft compressible denier Oxford nylon for quick deployment. With a tug the stopper knot "punches through" and releases, as well. The internal drawcord & barrel lock secures the rope inside while not in use. Please Note: The SeaTow Bullet Bag works with the Descent, Tow Motion, or X-Tract PFD and attaches on the QR belt.
Made especially for EMS this combined towline and and throwbag from Stohlquist attaches to the Tow Motion PDF and offers paddlers a combined safety system for quicker and easier rescues of tired or injured kayakers.
