Summary
They do a great job! Highly recommended!
Pros
- Good comfort
Cons
- Kinda pricey
I picked up a set of these while in the Smokey Mountains. I was having a lot of pain on the front pad of my foot. A VERY knowledgeable man sized my wife and I up with each a set and WOW what a difference. Two mile hikes turn into 5 mile hikes, only now without the pain.
TWO thumbs up!

Don't buy these online. I would suggest trying them at a store first so you get the right fit and needed amount of space taken up. I initially had the green Superfeet insoles, and though they were good for a time, they ended up being too thick and too much arch. I replaced them with the blue insoles and have been much happier since.
