I purchased this boot 8 months ago and wear it everyday. It has shown little wear and is surprisingly water resistant. It was comfotable right out of the box and I've worn it in all types of conditions. They run a bit wide though, but thicker footbeds give them a good overall fit. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a light pair of hikers.
