Overall
It is a GREAT jacket with more pros than cons. My main use for the jacket is mountaineering and cold weather climbing because it gives a wide range of movement as well as full protection from the elements.

Fit
I am 6' 4" with a lengthy torso and the XL model does a good job of protecting me. I do get a bit of exposure during full stretches. Ideally I would like a "tall" version but it does not exist.

Functionality
There are plenty of pockets including two cavernous Napolean pockets which are perfect for storing just about anything. There is an internal mesh pocket as well as internal mesh sleeve which has come in handy for an iPod, radio, sunglasses, water bottle (it is a slim pocket so a pair of goggles would not fit.

Pull Tabs
All pull tabs are glove friendly except for the pulls on the hood. Those are hard to use even with bare hands.

Waterproof
I would give this jacket a 8 out of 10. It has a tendency to stay wet after long periods of exposure. Overall it does a good job of keeping the elements of rain, snow and wind at bay.

Hood
It is nice and roomy; perfect for use with a helmet, but on those kamakazi days it really can engulf you up to your nose rendering peripheral vision non existent.

Con's:
No pit zips make it a bit toasty on climbing days when the sun breaks through the clouds. The pull tabs on the hood are a joke.
