VERSATILITY is the middle name of this jacket. It kept me warm during the skiing and snow activities at Vancouver, BC. At the same time it kept me comfy indoors (using fleece only) and cool and dry during casual outdoor activities (hardshell only). The easy detach hood is a favorite feature, as well as the pit-vents.
This is my first North Face jacket, and I am very fond of it. Certainly recommendable to a friend!
