When dryness, warmth, and dexterity are not just important, but necessary for survival, pull on the Kelvin Glove from The North Face. The Kelvin is the most technically advanced mountaineering glove in The North Face's Summit Series. The gloves are made of a 2-layer stretch nylon shell with a FlashDry waterproof membrane that blocks water and handles sweat quickly, and a DWR finish helps repel moisture and improve durability. The palm is made of water-resistant leather for great grip in all conditions and increased durability. The North Face added 200-gram PrimaLoft One synthetic insulation to the back of the hand and 100-gram on the palm so you get a mix of warmth and mobility.

Completely redesigned for 2014, this waterproof-treated leather and Gore-Tex technical ski-mountaineering glove is heavily insulated at the back of the hand and finished with a large gauntlet cuff. This dextrous glove is a favorite of mountain guides and ski patrollers due to the natural fit that delivers a better grip on your poles while skinning, boot packing and skiing.
