Source: bought it new

The North Face Single Track II is very durable, lightweight and very good at trail running, very good design. Tenacious grip for slippery trail. Snake plate for running in comfort even when the trail is rough. Dome cradle for knee support and to absorb the shock. I love the North Face.
- Good for trail running
- Slippery on wet limestones
- Too much logos

This shoe is lightweight, for everyday use or in neutral training even racing shoe featuring an improved midfoot fit for mountaineer and trail runner like me and Snake Plate feature for a protection that reduces stone bruising without sacrificing flexibility.
>thanks for the comment .......
The North Face Single Track II, already used it trail running on Mt Batulao in Batangas City, Philippines, and Mt Tapulao in Zambales.
The tenacious grip being its lightweight feature I run for almost 1 hr and half...and it protects my toes in sharp rocks because of its feature the Snake Plate.
Almost a month I use this one too in mountain hiking, like in Mt Pulag, Mt Ugo, Mt Purgatort in Benguet Philippines.
For now I use this shoe in my everyday use as a videographer. I can move faster and of course slip free for its tenacious grip.
I recommend this for trail running and mountain hiking.
