Summary
Construction is decent but not impressive. Warm is way overrated compared to other 0 degree bags I have had in the past. This is NOT a 0 degree bag, more like mid 30s (F). Froze my ass off in negative 0 storms. Buy some other brand. North Face is not what it once was. Just looks nice but they forgot about how it stacks up to the competition.

- Too tight for me
I think you got the point. Loft does not hold up over time, but does compress to a small bagm hence because there is not much fill in it.... that is what keeps you warm!
