"This bag has shoulder straps which are too stiff and uncomfortable. I'm 6'2" and the straps go right into my neck. I had a shorter woman check it out and she had the same issue.

This pack will hold a laptop and some gear. It has a small top "music" pocket, which just means a pocket labeled with a little rubber speaker."
