I have been using this product for several years now, and I consider it to be the best hydration supplement on the market. There is a noticeable difference with my body when I use this product. I tend to stay much better hydrated than I do with other drinks even in arid desert conditions.
It also seems to put off the onset of fatigue for a long time and speed recovery from the same fatigue. The flavor is very mild and not overpowering as some drinks are and it is loaded with vitamin c. If you use this, use it with water that has already been filtered, otherwise the filter might change the taste and effect its potency.
