Summary
Excellent. Perfect for trekking.
I have a bigger Victorinox with a lot of tools. Needed one with less weight. I found the Victorinox One Hand Trekker to be the best solution.
When I need to cut something fast, I take it out, open it, cut and put it back, just using one hand.
I recommended it to a friend and he is happy too with it.
It is a must have tool when going trekking.

Summary
Classic knife classic performance.
Pros
- Does as advertised
It cuts, it has numerous Swiss army options, and is solid on the trail. Easy to use and holds up over the years I have owned it. Can't really go wrong with this knife.

If you are buying this multi-tool with hopes of using the large knife in a self defense situation, you will be mildly disappointed, as it doesn't have much of a point on it.
If you are buying this multi-tool for what you're actually going to be using it for probably 100% of the time, you will be very happy with it.
Despite that minor detail about the knife point, this is a great choice. Bought mine clearance at a department store, rather than online. Got it for $18.53 - tax already included.

I actually carry this in my pocket most days and out on the trail whenever I go. It has a large blade that is serrated at the end and non-serrated near the base. It's the opposite of most knives, but it makes more sense. The blade is locking, as is the flathead screwdriver / bottle opener.
The tools are all top quality, and, again, Victorinox has set the standard when it comes to small saws.
One thing to note, is that Victorinox has come out with a "new" Soldier's Knife. This knife is exactly the same as the one-handed trekker, except for the outside shell of the knife. So, I would buy whichever one is cheaper.
