Great 50/50 blend of Rayon and Merino made in the USA. Seams are flatlocked and very comfortable. Proper cut for support is there. The leg length is long enough to protect the upper thighs, something I've found to be lacking in some other so-called "boxer briefs".

The material quality and hand are just as the Viscose-Merino T-shirt I reviewed recently. The colors in Wickers wool doesn't seem to run at all...amazing. Odor is kept at bay after days of continuous use, although personally I do like to bathe every other day in the backcountry when I can. Moisture management is superb as well. I was comfortably dry in Summer weather.

Two issues: the waist band is not nearly as soft as the rest of the garment. I wouldn't in fact, call it comfortable, but it is acceptable (maybe not to others who are more skin sensitive). Of course my losing some poundage to ease the stretch on the elastic waistband should help.

Also, the leg-cuffs stretch out disproportionately to the rest of the brief. It doesn't hinder performance in the field, per se, and it does bounce right back into format after a wash and quick dryer stint (don't over-heat - directions say line-dry), but it's worth mentioning.

Still, I am happy with my purchase (I have four pair) of a quality made-in-America product. A better waistband would have elevated these into "best underwear ever" status.
