Appalachian Trail Days Festival May 18-20
Appalachian Trail Days, an annual celebration of the Appalachian Trail and the hikers, former hikers and aspiring hikers who converge there each year, will be held May 18-20 in Damascus, Va.
Music, children’s games, an unusual parade, a hikers’ talent show, people-watching, bike rides, hikes, workshops, lots of food, and other family-friendly activities make this one of the most popular small-town events in Virginia.
