I love to hike! I love the rhythm and the lull. I have done a lot of day hikes, blessed to be so close to Mountains and trails. Craziest hike was my backpack trip to the bottom of the Grand Canyon (I took everything the guide said)..plus 2 inexperienced hikers! Last year (2012) I logged in over a 1000 miles of day hikes, and 135 backpacking miles~
