Today is final day for photo contest

This is it. Today, Wednesday, is the final day to submit photos for the Trailspace photo contest. If you still haven't gotten around to entering, consider this your 11th hour warning. Starting tomorrow, April 1, voting will start (hooray!) and no more photo submissions will be accepted (no fooling).

It would be beter if you can't vote for your own photo.

Jim, we'll have the full "how to vote" explanation up by tomorrow.

It will be quite simple: click on the number of stars you want to rate each picture at the actual picture.

Everybody only gets one vote per photo, so even if you vote for yourself, you (and everyone else) can only do it once.

And the results will be weighted, so if one person got one one-star vote from him or herself and no other votes, they wouldn't beat someone who got 100 four- and five-star votes.

So I see some of the images today have a 5 star rating system below them. How may pictures have been submitted. Seems like it will take a lot of time to personally judge by members, all the pictures submitted in the last two weeks.

The gray stars under the photos, just mean they are ready for YOUR vote. Click on the number of stars to rate any picture and your picture will show in yellow stars.
