FITS Sock Medium Hiker Crew

rated 5 of 5 stars Try a pair of Fits socks and never look back. Andrew F has a great review of these socks. The owner of the outdoor sports store I frequent says, "Paula, I've got the sock for you." They are the sock for any hiker in my opinion. They are a bit pricey to buy but worth the cost. I've since been back to buy another pair. The design of the sock is the key to the comfort. You look at them and think I'm not so sure about the deep hill pocket on the sock. But it works, keeps the sock in place. They don't… Full review

Darn Tough Merino Boot Sock Full Cushion

rated 5 of 5 stars I've worked through many socks in my time, but nothing compares to Darn Tough. These socks do everything you would want from one of your most abused pieces of equipment. Incredibly durable, comfortable, don't fall down, resist odor, stay warm when wet, plus they're made in the USA! Darn Tough puts all other brands in the higher-end outdoor sock to shame. Full review

Darn Tough Merino Boot Sock Full Cushion

rated 5 of 5 stars Socks that are comfortable, durable, and odor resistant. ’Guaranteed For Life’ is quite a statement from a sock manufacturer. No strings. No conditions. For life. I have been wearing brand name socks for years, and this product is the only one in its category that has not become thinner, thread-bare, or developed holes. It should be noted that I never put my socks in the dryer, and either hand wash in the field (without soap), or use the gentle cycle in the washing machine, inside out as directed. Full review

Salomon Active glove

rated 3 of 5 stars Lightweight, breathable gloves that offer protection from the elements and a comfortable fit. Order one size smaller for the perfect fit. I wear my Salomon Running Gloves 3/4 seasons. The lightweight, breathable design makes them perfect for cooler days but also keeps your hands warm on the coldest of nights. I ordered a size smaller because these gloves are very stretchy and ordering smaller ensures a snug fit that is also easy to get off while running if your hands become too hot. I also wear… Full review

Outdoor Research Men's PL Base Gloves

rated 4 of 5 stars Great for adding a few more degrees of warmth to winter gloves. Good simple liners. Definitely not a stand-alone glove, but they do their job well. Full review

L.L.Bean Technical Upland Gloves

rated 5 of 5 stars Great leather gripping gloves with a touch of insulation. These brown leather gloves really work in protecting your hands when hunting briar patches and deep ravines. They are warm supple and very nice looking. Full review

DeFeet Blaze

rated 5 of 5 stars Don't let the name put you off, these socks can be worn all year round, but especially stand out in the colder months. An all around great sock. I've used this sock in a variety of outdoor pursuits in a variety of weather conditions with a variety of shoes/boots and the one constant in each situation was the quality and high-performance of this sock. Overview and Conditions:  I came across these socks late last year at my local bike shop. Why they were carrying a trail sock was a bit surprising… Full review

POC Lobes

rated 4.5 of 5 stars These are the best goggles. They don't fog up easily. The lens is easily removable. The frameless design has inspired a lot of copy cats. The peripheral vision on them is HUGE. They are very durable. I had a pair with a defective lens and POC sent me a new lens for free. Great customer service. Very unique, most people don't have these and they look awesome!! I used to be an Oakley snob. I owned five pairs of Crowbars. But I just like these so much better. The optics seem on-par, but these offer… Full review

Darn Tough Merino Micro Crew Sock Cushion

rated 5 of 5 stars The difference between fresh caught shrimp from the ocean and popcorn shrimp at a fast food joint. I recently got turned on to Darn Tough socks and I have zero hesitation in saying I will never buy another brand again. Putting these on for the first time was as if the master sock artist, Leonardo DaSockio, had painted them on my feet. Not only was there absolutely zero bunching on the trail, but my feet stayed dry (very unusual for me), they provided the perfect amount of cushion and I didn't need… Full review
