Nanotips Black

rated 4.5 of 5 stars Its a liquid solution you paint over the tips of your existing gloves to make them touchscreen compatible! It works great on my snowboarding gloves. I love how I didn't have to buy a new pair of glove for this function. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has a pair of gloves that don't work with their phones! I bought this product after seeing it on a review and I must say I was a little skeptical at first but it works great! I didn't think it would work on my snowboarding gloves since they… Full review

Swix Star XC 100 Split Mitt

rated 4 of 5 stars Great for active winter use, these mitts split the difference between gloves and mittens using a 3 and 1 finger. Built to hug the hand without getting in the way they provide a thin, insulated barrier between hands and environment. Tailored into a pre-curved shape with an extra long cuff the Swix XC 100 Split Mitt looks a bit alien at first glance but after wearing them for a bit you can tell they were designed with humans in mind. The long cuff reaches well past the wrist to keep snow out. The… Full review

Century Leather Products Black Pile Sno-Mitts

rated 4 of 5 stars Uber Black Pile Snow Mittens with with Plush Pile Insulation. Bought two pairs a few years ago; regardless of temp. these are the warmest gloves regardless of price. This was also confirmed by the person I bought the second pair for, as these are the only gloves he wears when working in the snow. Outdoor Research Men's Alti Mitts are the mittens I originally bought for snow work, and they are not nearly as warm as the Uber mittens. Plus if you are wearing the Alti Mitts and it's warm you cannot… Full review

Outdoor Research Meteor Mitts

rated 4 of 5 stars Kept my fingers warm. Comes with internal convertible fleece mitten gloves that I do not like, but will work well. I substituted them with the Marmot Windstopper Convertible Gloves, with some light wool lined gloves under them. I must say, this system alone will keep your hands warm without the shell gloves 95% of the time. When you get to the summit and the wind is hitting you at 25 MPH and its -35°, you'll be happy you had these. They breathe well, but keep all water and wind out. They secure… Full review

Seirus Windstopper Cyclone Gloves

rated 5 of 5 stars The Seirus Windstopper Cyclone gloves are warm, lightweight, and allow for amazing dexterity. They wick away moisture like crazy and are very quick-drying. I was looking for a more technical, slimmer profile glove to replace my very warm but bulky wool gloves for snowshoeing, and saw the Seirus Windstopper Cyclone at a trading post in Greenville, Maine. I wore them today while snowshoeing in temps around 10°F, with wind chills of around -10°F, and my hands weren't even thinking of getting cold. Full review

Native Apex

rated 2 of 5 stars I bought Native Apex sunglasses at a large discount online (around Xmas time 2014). Upon their arrival, my gf said if I ever wore them around her in public she would pretend she didn't know me. After a day or two spent trying to defend the glasses, I have to agree — they are hideous looking; the cut is... just... silly looking. I bought Native Apex sunglasses at a large discount online (around Xmas time 2014). Upon their arrival, my gf said if I ever wore them around her in public she would… Full review

SealSkinz Windproof Gloves

rated 4 of 5 stars These are great gloves that really are windproof. I wore them on a 26-mile hike in all weather conditions and my hands stayed warm. These gloves are great! Just like it says, windproof. Kept my hands warm on an all weather trek with high winds and rain and my hands stayed warm. I have Raynauds so it is really important to protect my hands from wind and cold. These gloves did the job. I used the sizing chart provided and ordered a medium. I should be gotten a large. Even though these fit, going up… Full review

The Heat Company Heat 3 Smart

rated 5 of 5 stars One of my favorite cold weather gloves. Made by The Heat Company for extreme Temperatures. Have fun. Full review

Black Rock Gear Original Black Rock Hat

rated 0.5 of 5 stars I wore this down hat in Colorado in sub-zero weather and my head FROZE. My little fleece hat is warmer. If you want a warm hat for really cold weather get the Mad-Bomber hat with leather and fur. You do not see ANYBODY in Alaska wearing these things for good reason! I definitely don't recommend this hat for really cold weather. It is a joke for what it costs. There is not nearly enough down in this thing and the people that are giving it a positive review must live in Southern California. Get a… Full review
