Here's what other sites are saying:

These warm and windproof Storm cross-country tights for women offer excellent moisture transport and articulated, split knees for optimal freedom of movement.

These winter tights made of thermal fleece with four-way stretch will keep your workout in crisp air comfortable especially when you're running, skiing or walking into a stiff headwind. Flex-Fleece has a tightly knit, smooth outside surface that repels wind and resists snags. Its brushed inner surface stays close to your skin, wicking away perspiration and venting excess heat. The Stretch Shield System (S3) front panel is lightweight microfiber that provides additional windproof, breathable protection in cold, windy conditions. Articulated knee allows full range of motion. Stretchy waistband with drawcord. Ankle zipper and logo are reflective. Internal key pocket. 100% polyester. Machine wash, line dry. Imported. Fit: Favorite - Sits Lower on Waist

Craft's Women's Storm Tights were made to keep your lower half warm, comfortable, and dry with their smooth materials, fitted silhouette, and smart finishing details. The tights were constructed with Craft's ultra-soft Warm Flex fleece, which incorporates a lightly brushed interior for softness against your skin. This synthetic material also pulls moisture away from your body, keeping your legs dry and comfortable while exercising. The elastic front panels were given a windproof layer, further protecting you from those chilling winds. In terms of fit, the tights feature a drawstring waist, gusseted knees, and zippers at the ankles. Craft also added reflective piping and logos throughout to keep you visible in low-light conditions. The Craft Storm Tights - Women's are available in sizes X-Small to X-Large and in the color Black.
