The first time I used the tent a pole snapped after set up. Because of the tension used by a dome tent after the pole snapped the metal gromet tore the nylon tent sleeve about 2 feet long and ruined the whole tent. I returned the tent to Target and they exchanged it. I kept the poles that were good from the first tent and now I have spare poles if they break but if the poles break and rip the tent again I have nothing. In my opinion don't cheap out on Ozark trail or Eddie Bauer tents. Spend the extra money and get a Kelty or a North Face. They will last 10 times longer and you won't have the problems.
