This tent has plenty of room and sets up easy with two people. Have camped three times this summer when it had rained and not once did it ever leak nor did it cave in while raining. Never had to spray anything on to seal the tent or seams.

Roomy enough for a family of five although it was just only two adults with a large Queen size double high air mattress, all our gear, two small Coleman camp chairs, and a metal folding table and still had plenty of room.

I do however have some suggestions for the manufacturer. The screens could have been made a little less see-thru for daytime privacy, the two lights included should have a press on switch for easier operation, and the two doors should have tiebacks when fully unzipped and opened rather than just hanging there in your way.

I did have one disappointment when I opened the tent for the first time. The tent is burgandy, light creme and taupe colored. After unfolding the tent the burgandy had faded somehow onto the light creme part and it looks kind of bad. Not sure what would have happened at the factory but if the tent is roomy and keeps us dry then that is no big problem.

Also the sho caddy could have been a little bigger and the power port was misleading on the outter side of the EB duffle. Made it sound like there was a plug of some type the was sewen into the tent and all you had to do was plug a cord on the inside and one outside to have electric but again no biggie since all we did this summer was primitive camp. I would definitely recommend this tent to others!
