This tent was great! We went on a weekend camp out and it POURED rain and winds gusting all night. We had a little leakage on the bottom because we had items that touched the sides (our fault) but our tent did AWESOME in the wind and the amount of leakage that we had was minimal.
We did not waterproof it this year before we went either. No leakage in the in the rain fly at all. Everyone else's tents were collapsing and breaking in the wind. We were asked repeatedly what kind of tent we had because ours was so sound in the wind. We proudly said "Eddie Bauer."
There was another model of Eddie Bauer on the trip as well that did great too. We will definitely buy Eddie Bauer again :)

Ease of Setup: Easy

The tent is two years old. Luckily it did not rain the first year. This tent leaks terribly. The seams and tent were waterproofed! The water comes through the rain fly where the clear view windows are sewn. The rain drips off the rain fly and comes through the zipper on the doors and windows. You end up with puddles in the tent! Stay away from this one. I am buying a Coleman next year.
Love this tent. Loaned it out and it came back missing…

Love this tent. Loaned it out and it came back missing the fly, all poles and lines.
2 Double D doors and moonlight, mud flap and boot keeper. LOVE IT! No leaks, great ventilation.
