Depending on their size, the Ascent 3200 typically fits children between the ages of 8 and 12. An internal frame of 2 aluminum stays ensures stability and good load dispersal to the hip belt. Padded back panel is covered with air mesh for quick wicking and ventilation. Suspension system features padded shoulder straps, load straps, sternum strap, and padded hip belt.
