Excellent backpack-style laptop back. Lots of storage. While there are little organizer pockets, they're useful and don't take away from large compartment storage. Plenty of padding for laptop and other electronics. Love the outside stuff pocket which is great for a bike helmut or jacket. Very comfortable straps -- I removed the sternum straps but just pulling them off.

On the looks department (I got the black/grey model), I think it's perfect. Not too causal and not too laptop/briefcase like. Another benefit: doesn't look like a laptop bag asking to be stolen.

Only minor complaints: it's a little awkward getting laptop into the sleave on the backside and why don't bag makers make the organizer pockets to fit pens jsut a little bigger?
