European goose down offers the best warmth-to-weight ratio. Vertical chest baffles prevent down from shifting to the side. Slant-box baffle construction improves thermal efficiency and eliminates cold spots. High-quality down retains its insulating qualities significantly longer than synthetics. 20D Pertex Quantum Endurance is spill resistant and lightweight. Three-quarter-length zipper with two-way zipper pulls for ventilation options. Draft tube and antisnag piping along the zipper.
