Price Paid: $55
This is probably the best mini-light that I have ever seen/used in my life. If you're use to bringing a "maglite" on your camping trip you're definitely missing out.
The price may be a little high for a flashlight, but you won't regret it once you see all of its capabilities in use. The flashlight has multiple modes which you can actuate by pressing the rubber button on the back of the flash light.
LED Type: Cree 7090 XP-G R4 LED
Two modes of output, selected by turning the bezel:
General Mode: 9 lumens (34hrs) -> 50 lumens (6hrs) -> 105 lumens (2.2hrs) -> SOS
Turbo Mode: 132 lumens (1.5hrs) -> Strobe
17 days of survival use (2 continuous hours per day on the lowest setting)
This thing is about 3.5 inches long uses one double AA battery and is water-proof to IPX8 standard (about 8 meters submerged). This thing is great for throwing in the top of your backpack or throwing in your pocket for everday use. I use the low mode for reading and just searching for stuff, but I use the turbo mode if I'm searching for something in the woods.
It is super durable! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
