I don't understand why more people aren't talking about the Guide Series tents. I've tried three of them and they are great. This one is easy to set up. It comes with aluminum poles, which is a deal for the price. It is 9' x 7' with a center of 52". It has a full coverage rainfly and vestibule. It's been rained on twice and the inside has stayed dry. The tent is a bit heavy compared to others, but it's because of the large rainfly that clips on.
Used it with three people sleeping on full sized pads and still had room for personal gear. The zippers are smooth compared to the Kelty and Eureka tents that I've tried.
I like it so much, that when I found an older model on sale for $29.99, I snapped it up. I also bought the two-person version for a teen group that I work with and it's the roomiest two-person tent that I've seen!
