Here's what other sites are saying:

With its distinctive visored profile, the Giro G10 MX Helmet has become the signature headwear of the backcountry stormtrooper. Slip it on, dial in the In Form fit system, and send it til your ears bleed. A lightweight EPS hard foam liner protects rapid-firing neurons from inconveniently-placed trees, rocks, and other immovable objects, while the hard polycarbonate shell brushes off the everyday wear inflicted by the bed of your pickup. The removable moto-style visor keeps both sun and fast-moving branches from reaching your face, and 14 adjustable vents keep your cranial temperature regulated. Giros Goggle Notch channel keeps your goggles in place, and you can add the TuneUps audio system (sold separately) to bring Jerry and Page along for the ride.

Equipped with a removable visor, the Giro G10(TM) MX is a great helmet for ripping the park or threading backcountry lines through the trees. In-mold construction fuses the polycarbonate shell to the high-performance expanded polystyrene liner, for the ultimate strength-to-weight ratio and superb ventilation. Skate-style shape with removable visor and wide-angle cut offers great peripheral vision and a gapless goggle fit. 14 Super Cool(TM) vents move cool, fresh air through the helmet while radiating heat and stale air out. Thermostat(TM) ventilation control allows you to fine-tune airflow instantly with a simple, low-profile adjustment on the outside of the helmet. In Form(TM) fit system features outrigger arms and an adjustment dial to fine-tune the fit; dial is easily operated, even with gloves on. Internal height adjustment compensates for different head shapes and goggle sizes. Adjustable padded chinstrap keeps helmet firmly in place as you cut corners and carve through trees. Soft, plush ear pads are easy to install or remove when the weather changes. Deep Goggle Notch(TM) with security loop in back of helmet grips goggles tightly. This snow helmet complies with ASTM F 2040 and/or CE EN 1077 alpine ski and snowboard helmet safety standards; for additional information please see REI expert advice. Compatible with all TuneUps systems, sold separately.
