Keep your brain in between your ears with the in-mold protection of the Giro Omen Helmet. This design fuses the outer shell with the impact-absorbing EPS liner to form a bomber lightweight exoskeleton. Wind Tunnel ventilation combines active vents with internal exhaust channels that keep cool, fresh air flowing over and around your head while kicking out the heat. Instantly adjust the airflow in the front or back with the Dual Thermostat Control buttons to customize your comfort and enjoy the easily adjusted fit provided by Giros In Form system.

Innovation is the driving force behind Giro's Omen helmet, a light & comfortable snow helmet that can take more punishment than Giro's previous snow helmets. With 14 vents that can be opened or closed depending on conditions, this helmet is all about keeping you happy & safe.

- Mountain Gear

Running big lines in epic locales requires uncommon ability and heart. Might as well wear a helmet that performs as well as you do: the Giro Omen(TM). In-mold technology bonds the helmet's tough outer microshell to the internal expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner, creating a light, cool and strong helmet. High-impact ABS zones enhance protection and improve durability. EPS liner provides consistent performance in a broad range of conditions, and X-STATIC(R) antimicrobial padding helps control odors. 14 Wind Tunnel(TM) vents with exhaust channels in the liner circulate fresh air around the head while forcing stale, warm air out. Fine-tune the airflow using 2 low-profile Thermostat(TM) control buttons located on the outside of the helmet. Flexible pad at the base of the In Form unit conforms to head shape for a plush, customized fit. Internal height adjustment compensates for different head shapes and goggle sizes. Accommodates TuneUps audio systems, sold separately. In Form(TM) fit system features outrigger arms and an adjustment dial to fine-tune the fit; dial is easily operated, even with gloves on. This snow helmet complies with ASTM F 2040 and/or CE EN 1077 alpine ski and snowboard helmet safety standards; for additional information please see REI expert advice.
