Almost a great product. The size is perfect for my daily commute to school, and the laptop sleeve works great. There's more bells and whistles than I use.
However, I have some minor complaints. 1) The zippers often come apart, though it's easy to correct by just zipping back over it. 2) The chest strap sometimes comes off the wire that is sewn into the shoulder strap. 3) The wires in the shoulder strap are squeaky.
