COATINGfinish(TM) process uses Teflon(R) to treat individual fibers, resulting in reduced abrasion, better load distribution and increased durability. SuperDRY(TM) sheath and core treatment discourages water absorption while resisting dirt and abrasion; Duraflex(TM) heat-treatment helps resist degradation over time. Kernmantle design combines a durable braided sheath and shock-absorbing core for reliable protection from fall forces. 8.9 mm diameter is light and flexible enough for difficult pitches yet strong enough to use as a single rope during longer sport and alpine routes. 70m length allows considerably longer leads and rappels.
