I bought this tent to introduce my wife to camping. I usually camp with very minimal gear, but for her I bought this huge tent, an air bed and frame, and nearly every comfort of home you could think of. We still haven't gone.

Let me explain. I set the tent up before a thunderstorm to test it worst case before going. The tent sagged badly and leaked like a sieve. I found out why. One of the tent poles bent nearly in two. I called NorthPole to order a new pole on May 25th. No problem, $12 and change for two poles.

Then I got a card, the poles are not in stock, they have been backordered. It could be 6 to 8 weeks. Well, I called at 7 weeks. "We just got a shipment of poles in, and yours are with them, you will have them within the week". Still no poles. Nearly $200 for a tent I can't use.

I should have read the reviews of the product BEFORE I shelled out the money. Live and learn. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from NorthPole products again, and neither should you.
