Buff Half UV Buff

rated 5 of 5 stars This is a must-have item on a thru hike! Can be used for more than just a head cover! This kept my hair out of my eyes and kept my neck warm at night and my head covered from the sun during the day. I bought this as a last minute item before my JMT hike in August. This ended up being one of my favorite items on my hike and will never leave it behind on any future hike. I wore this for 18 days on the trail! I washed it out daily and used it to cool off during the middle of the day when it was very… Full review

Buff Original Buff

rated 4 of 5 stars Really fun gear to have with you. Very comfortable and not too bulky in neck. Very practical, you can just slip it in a pocket. The all around neck warmer +. Full review

Buff Merino Wool Buff

rated 4 of 5 stars Light, versatile, and good warm go-to layering accessory that has worked its way into most every trip this year. It even has ended up on my neck on winter bike rides to the morning market. Stuffs into a pocket easily. Works as an ear warming headband, an impromptu hat almost anywhere, and a balaclava for nordic skiing. The black wool Buff has been worn and washed so much it is a bit greyish, or faded black, from what it was brand new. As I am not into fashion, true or otherwise black is not a big… Full review

TAD Guardian Neck Gaiter

rated 5 of 5 stars Got this with my TAD Ranger Hoodie and man, if you want to stay warm this is a great combo! It's comfortable on you neck or on your face, both jacket and gaiter are windproof so you're good to go in the wind. It doesn't make it hard to breathe at all—just breath normal. I love to wear my shemagh. I use this a lot in the winter and don't know how I ever lived without it! It's warm, breathable, comfortable, and has many uses. It also packs super small and keeps the cold wind off your face. If you… Full review

Icebreaker Oasis Balaclava

rated 4 of 5 stars Warm and snug fitting, with a low profile for excellent comfort. I recently had a backpack stolen from my office, which had been left unlocked as I ran down the hall to answer nature's call. Fortunately, they didn't try to steal my eight-thousand dollar road bike! However, in the backpack were some nice Power Stretch gloves and a balaclava. I had plenty of gloves, so that wasn't a huge loss. But I bike commute to work several days a week, and sometimes that is in the cold morning and evening hours. Full review

Outdoor Technology Basics Yowie Facemask

rated 5 of 5 stars This Yowie has it all and style too. Its versatile in how you want to wear it depending on your activity. Wear it from a hat perfectly styled for running to full face mask for blazing the trails in mountain snow. This balaclava has such great versatility due to the four-way stretch of the fabric.  It stretches and forms where it needs to. Great breathability when worn over the mouth and nose. Good wickability when worn as a hat or under a helmet. Colors last without fading and match your favorite… Full review

Buff Original Buff

rated 3 of 5 stars After getting used to it, wearing the Buff has added a layer of protection from the elements, while doing a fine job of wicking away moisture. The Original Buff is 100% polyester microfiber, seamless, and is very soft. It's actually softer than that really old, worn-out T-shirt you can't get rid of. And for any of you who have one of those old T-shirts, you know how incredibly soft that is.  At the heart of the Buff is adjustability and versatility. The company shows 13 different ways to wear it. Full review

Buff Merino Wool Buff

rated 5 of 5 stars The versatile and simplicity of the BUFF makes it the number 1 necessity when traveling, hiking, or camping. I've never carried a piece of headwear with me so much. My fiancé swears she's going to throw it away someday! She's tried buying me other hats or even another BUFF, but only the BUFF Merino Wool will do. I mainly use it as a neck gaitor, beanie, or balaclava. Very versatile and useful when camping in cold weather or sitting at home. Highly recommend this my friends. I'm an unpaid spokesperson. … Full review

Buff Merino Wool Buff

rated 5 of 5 stars Yep, merino wool does stay soft and comfortable for "allergic" wearers. Longer than the regular synthetic Buffs, same multiple options, no worries about melting at the campfire or smelling over time. I bought another for my daughter's birthday to wear on campus -- very stylish. Yep, merino wool does stay soft and comfortable for "allergic" wearers. This is the first time in over 50 years I've bought a wool product, and I am impressed. The wool Buff is several inches longer than the regular synthetic… Full review
