Ease of Setup: Not difficult but should have two people
Weight: For this type tent it weighs more than expected

I purchased this tent from WalMart. I camp in November in Virginia during deer season and thereby experience rain and snow. The first year, during a light rain, there were leaks around the window seams. After re-sealing these it was satisfactory. The following spring, (this year, April 2004) one of the long poles splintered during a moderate wind. I have been searching (off and on since April) for a point of contact whereby I can get a replacement pole but I have yet to find it.
