User Review: Ozark Trail Pocket Knife

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Source: bought it new
Price Paid: $7.88

Summary

I read both the good and bad reviews on this knife, but when I saw the symbol on the blade I knew that it had to be good. That symbol belongs to Columbia River Knife and Tool (CRKT). They don't make cheap stuff.

Pros

  • I sharpen the blade and it seems to be one of the new Chinese steels. They aren't bad. They are pretty good
  • It's well made
  • Good materials
  • $7.88 for this knife is great

Cons

  • Hard to open with one hand (getting better the more I use it).

This blade acts like 9CR18MO, but you can't even buy a blank for that price. I would sure like to know what it really is. It holds an edge as good a AUS-8.

When you see two mountains with a river flowing through them I'm sure you can trust the knife.
