Quick Draw Leash

rated 4 of 5 stars Tough, tough, tough! Lightweight and many grab points, and is shock-corded. Wow, this is one tough and variable leash! This is my second one as the old design used a plastic snap clip that broke under strain. Got the current version with the aluminum buckle that replaced the plastic snap, a huge improvement. It has several grab points, a shock-corded leash, heavily stitched with nylon and that makes it bulletproof! I use it with my 100 pound male Golden, who lunges at every imagined squirrel on… Full review

Quick Draw Leash

rated 4.5 of 5 stars Disclosure #1: I received this leash from http://backcountryk9.com/ to test it out and review it, in my role as a brand ambassador. Disclosure #2: I liked this nifty little collar/leash so much, I just purchased a second one for our other dog. The Ruffwear Quick Draw leash is a short leash, with a tab grab handle. The leash clips onto the dog’s collar with a nice , lightweight but strong clip…then, the leash goes around the dog’s neck, over the collar, and secures with a Velcro attachment. Full review

Bivy Bowl

rated 3.5 of 5 stars We use travel bowls for dogs when camping, hiking, and canoe camping. This collapsible bowl was provided to me as a Brand Ambassador for http://backcountryk9.com/. We like the bowl, the dogs like the bowl, and it performs well for a lightweight, outdoor, dog bowl.    Okay, so in my role as a Brand Ambassador for Backcountry K-9 I am reviewing a dog bowl. Not just any bowl, but the Ruffwear Bivy Pet Bowl (medium). Why look closely at the performance of a bowl?…bowl noun \ˈbōl\1: a concave usually… Full review

K-9 Float Coat

rated 5 of 5 stars Durable, comfortable, and provides high visibility! Another fantastic product from Ruff Wear and probably my favorite of Shyla's gear! This life jacket is perfect for taking your dog paddleboarding. The large handle allows for easy pick up and placement when I need to get Shyla onto and off the board.   The jacket provides great flotation while still allowing Shyla to swim freely. The fit is perfect. She is a size medium and is anywhere from 65-70 pounds. Putting the jacket on is super easy (which… Full review

Approach Pack

rated 5 of 5 stars The pack is better than I expected, the material is durable and the adjusting straps make fitting it for the dog's comfort very easy. I am disabled and walk with service dogs. The pack is made with a strong handle just where I need it. It has plenty of storage room for at least two days of walking and carrying the collapsible dishes for food and water. It also has room for any other equipment for the dogs and for their paperwork, an unfortunate necessity, but the compartments are well constructed… Full review
