Here's what other sites are saying:

Saucony ProGrid Guide 5 road-running shoes feature an updated design with an 8mm heel-to-toe drop for smooth transitions, all while keeping the lightweight and stable training platform.

- REI refers to the men's version

The Saucony Men's ProGrid Guide 5 Running Shoe lost some weight, so now it's easier for you to shed those pounds you put on over the holidays. A full 1.5 ounces lighter than last year's model, the Guide 5 offers stability and support without the weight so your feet can fly. Saucony has also reduced the heel/forefoot offset to 8mm to encourage a stable and balanced position when your foot hits the pavement and to propel it through the stride.

- Backcountry.com refers to the men's version
