These are extremely high quality boots. You get what you pay for. Consider reading a long, glowing survey of these boots...that's the way I feel about them without the time or desire to spell it all out. One suggestion I'm making to Scarpa (brokered through Black Diamond by the way) would be to incorporate more of a covered rubber toe rand. I do manage to gouge the toes some. Love em!!!
