From Backcountry.com:
"Custom fit, a comfortable toe box, and all-around performance have made the Thunder Scarpa's best-selling climbing shoe. Lacing goes all the way down to the toes so you can customize the fit to the shape of your foot. An army of perforation in the suede upper helps your dogs breathe and keeps them sweat free. A medium flex means you can use this shoe on a broad range of climbs, and for a variety of difficulty levels, whether you're trad or sport climbing. Special Vibram XSGrip is grabbier than a five-year old kid under a freshly-busted pi ata, so get into the Scarpa Thunder Shoes and climb."
From REI:
"Climb cracks, scamper up slabs and even hit the rock gym with the all-purpose Scarpa Thunder rock shoes. Comfortable toe box won't smash your toes—ideal for long days at the crag and multipitch climbs. Perforated suede uppers encourage airflow to keep your feet cool and dry. Fully lined interior wicks moisture and minimizes stretching. Lacing to the toe creates an accurate, customized fit."

Men's Thunder

Quite stiff, but super comfortable, I would use Thunders over 5. 10 Anasazi laceups, Galileos, La Sportiva Murias, (all shoes I have owned) which offer similar performance but much less comfort."
