Here's what other sites are saying:

Sporthill's Ultimate Visibility Running Tight is aptly named. Reflective logos and designs make you hard to miss in low light conditions. Soft brushed fabric and moisture management will keep you comfortable for the length of your run. Zone 3: Cold, windy days of 0 to 40 F: SportHill's exclusive 3SP and Swift fabrics keep you warm and dry. Both fabrics are soft next to the skin, fast drying, durable and wick moisture. 3SP is windproof up to 35 mph.Swift technology offers a softer, slightly lighter, fabric than 3SP, but retains the essential balance of insulation, breathability, moisture wicking and wind block. Swift is also a great single layer mid-weight fabric for chilly, less extreme days and activities. Windproof up to 25 mph. Drylite: Windproof to 20mph. This fabric features a push-pull moisture transfer design; drawing perspiration away from the skin to evaporate on the fabric's smooth surface. DryLite is brushed on the inside, so it is comfortable against the body. It also provides moisture management and is excellent at preventing the body from heating up or cooling down too quickly.
