Comfortable sport sandals with unique strap access, buckle and three velcro straps. Less of flip flops but more hiking or boating shoes. Does well on water and gravel. Recommended for all arch types.

Pros

  • True to size
  • Athletic sole
  • Comfortable

Cons

  • Toe/Metatarsal strap too close to center

These sandals fit true to size. I ordered online and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a sport sandal to wear as my everyday go-to footwear when I don't want shoes. These do well in water as well.

I have not had any problem with loss of traction due to wet soles. I have often been outside doing yardwork in the morning dew then walked straight into the garage (as we all know, can be very slick). I haven't had any problems, nor was there any type of squeak as I walked. My feet are also well supported; I am flat to regular arched.

The straps are also well done and don't cause any blisters. Once I got these I wore them a lot, didn't ease them in to my line up. Considering I didn't get any blisters, I'm very happy. There are three straps: one behind the ankle, one just on top of the foot and one near the toes.

I wish the toe would be just a 1/2 further toward the front, but hasn't stopped me from running with the dogs in these sandals. The middle strap has a buckle and I only tighten everything once and then buckle/unbuckle to put them on and take them off. This way I don't need to wear out the velcro.

The construction also seems very sturdy. The sole is an athletic, running shoe-type build and seems like it'll last the test of time and several hikes. I haven't had any problem of rocks getting stuck in between my foot and the sandal. Again the area that my toes are "free" between the end and strap at the end is a little more than I want and sometimes a rock can slip in.

Functionality, feel, and construction are top for these sandals. I definitely recommend them.
