Currently I am using this most excellent mummy bag here at the Lamping Homestead Recreational Area here in Ohio's Wayne National Forest.

This bag is true to its +35 degree rating. Nights still drop to the 30's at night here in southeast Ohio. Love the bag's insulation: X-fibre. It is very close to the feel and performance of down being an synthetic fill, all without the allergic reactions I get from down. These Backside X-fibre bags are a great alternative to down bags in my opinion in terms of cost and performance. This bags stuffs to the size of a small loaf of bread. This bag has no cold spots that I can observe. Very warm and comfortable.

The hood works very well-one of the best I have used thus far.

Great bag. Forget those BIG name brands and get over it, get The Backside Backsider! You will be very glad you did!
