Verge Low Gore-Tex

rated 3 of 5 stars These shoes land solidly in the middle of the pack in the waterproof-breathable trail runner category. I have been using trail runners for almost all of my hiking now for over four years. I find the increased dexterity and reduced fatigue with lighter footwear to be a big endurance and safety benefit on the trail. I have even worn Gore-Tex trail runners to Camp Muir in the snow. I know some prefer the heirloom boot direction, but this is my way and I like it. I also trail run 12-18 miles per week… Full review

Armour Stretch Fit Cap

rated 5 of 5 stars Very comfortable hat. It is moisture wicking and keeps the sun off your face. This is a very comfortable hat while jogging, hiking, golfing, or whatever you do on a sunny day that might make you break a sweat. The hat is very durable and wicks away sweat very well and surprisingly doesn't show that nasty sweat ring on the bill. It looks good too. This hat was a gift from a friend that told me he never wanted to see me in a camo hat again, lol. Full review

Original Series 9-inch Boxerjock

rated 4 of 5 stars Comfortable, functional, and durable underwear for most sport activities. Light breathable fabric wicks moisture and dries well. Extended leg provides extended friction protection. The Under Armour Boxerjock came highly recommended for backpacking from several sources. I was a bit taken aback when I first saw the price. The idea of $20 underwear seemed a bit absurd to me and I made more than a few jokes. Still, as a cyclist I was well aware of the value in wearing the right gear to protect sensitive… Full review

ColdGear Infrared Fleece Storm Beanie

rated 4 of 5 stars This is a very comfortable and warmer than average beanie for outdoor activities. It has a fleece exterior and a polyester/elastic inner layer that claims to wick moisture. The hat is very stretchy and comfortable. I'm not sure it actually wicks moisture any better than regular fleece. It does the job, and I have found myself reaching for it on colder days Beanies are one of those things that seem to accumulate. One reason is that they are small and constantly getting misplaced, so having a lot… Full review

ColdGear Infrared Werewolf Jacket

rated 4 of 5 stars LIKE AN ARMOR SHELL. I'll start with the con. I think the fit of UA in general seems to be as if they are made for tall skinny guys. That being said I tried to find this jacket to try on before purchasing it, but was unsuccessful in finding it in my area. I tried on other jackets by UA and found the same to be true. I bought it online at a great price and went with the small because I wanted it for under, and not over. The sleeves fit perfect but the length of the jacket was a bit long for my… Full review
