Trail Series 825

rated 0.5 of 5 stars Broke apart in less than 10 short hikes...CRAP. Used them less than 10 times and the plastic broke and the entire foot piece came out still attached to my foot. Cheap construction...going to attempt fixing them, but would never buy another pair. Even some of the plastic on the decking cracked and broke off. Full review

Trail Series 825

rated 1 of 5 stars These are junk. The plastic break up around the rivets the first time you wear them. I have two pair, worn one time for a 2-mile hike. We had to stop in the middle and use shoe string to tie them back together to get home.  Complete and total waste of money. Don't buy or you will be sorry! Full review

Yukon Trail Gaiter

rated 2.5 of 5 stars A solid gaiter, built with durable materials, still leaves much to offer as far as fit and feel compared with other brands. I was looking for a pair of gaiters for hunting in the snow and for snowshoeing this winter. I am sorry to say that I was unable to test fit these gaiters due to the way they were packaged.¬† I bought them because they are made of strong, waterproof material and thought they would serve me well while trekking through the snow or casual winter outdoor activity. When I brought… Full review

Carbon Lite Trekker

rated 5 of 5 stars Great lightweight trekking poles for a bargain price. This is a review of the Yukon Charlie's Carbon Lite Trekker poles. They are listed on Yukon Charlie's website for around $70, but you can get them at Costco.com for only $49.99 (if you are a member). I have no connection to either company. Yukon Charlie's was not a familiar name to me, but I ordered these poles and they have been great. I have put over 200 miles on them in the High Sierra and southeast Appalachians, including using them to support… Full review

Trail Series 825

rated 5 of 5 stars My first pair of snowshoes, but I do not see a reason to change. Easy on and easy off. They stay on while out enjoying the snow. I would definitely recommend them. I am 5'6" and 128 pounds. They are easy to size to your snow boot or hiking boot. I have used them a half a dozen times or so, in deep soft snow and on icy crunchy snow of the Pacific Northwest Cascade mountains. There are some signs of use, but no flaws in the gear.  Full review
