Here's what other sites are saying:
Quality Italian workmanship and thoughtful design give these backpacking boots outstanding support, comfort, stability and fit. Gore-Tex® lining ensures waterproofness and breathability. Premium nubuck leather uppers are treated with Hydrobloc® for water resistance. RRS (Rubber Reinforcement System) applied to uppers protects against abrasion, enhances water resistance and helps keep their shape. Thoughtfully designed tongues ensure a perfect hold on the feet via the FWA (Foot Wrapping System) that eliminates bulk. Soft, comfortable foam padding in different thicknesses over the tongues, cuffs and heels enhance comfort and help secure feet inside boots. Polypropylene shanks ensure good support while allowing tuned flex for natural movement. Vibram® rubber outsoles with self-cleaning lugs deliver shock absorption and a high side profile for increased water resistance.
