996 Vioz GT

rated 4 of 5 stars Very good backpacking boot. No break-in period for me.  With a liner and good wool sock, it is like wearing slipper. Stong lacing. Nice overall grip. I use them in warm/cold condition (5°C to 12°C) and I was very comfortable and dry. Late I will add a winter review. Nice support with a 70 pounds backpack. 20 km hike and no blisters. Full review

308 Trekker RR

rated 4 of 5 stars Nice light hiking boot if your foot likes the fit. I ordered these but returned because I did not like the fit for my foot. This review is just to help others with fit decisions. Boot runs true to length with a wider toe box than most other brands have today. The boot has a stiff leather heal with kind of a ridge where the leather ends and the ankle padding begins. If you do not mind it than it is really a great boot. For me I know I would have problems on a long hike (I have always had heel issues). Full review

760 Steep GT

rated 5 of 5 stars Outstanding quality. THE backpacking boot. After many brands of hiking boots over the years, I have found Zamberlan to be the "halo" premium brand. Fit and finish and build quality are top of the line. Zamberlans feel like they are a hand built Italian boot more so than their competition that are also built in Italy. They just ooze quality. It's almost embarassing how superior these are built compared to some of the "hiking boots" that are built in China like hightop sneakers. If you haven't had… Full review

4039 Expert Ibex GTX RR

rated 5 of 5 stars I am a dyed in wool Galibier Super Guide man! That being said I purchased a pair of these Zamberlan Ibex boots for winter / snow use. What a boot! The Ibex has room in the toe box for wider feet and so far have been excellent in the wet snow of Eastern Oregon. When I needed to have a warm winter boot I have in the past worn PAC type boots, but they never gave me the stability that I needed. I have also used my Galibiers with full coverage gaiters but this was to much a lot of the time so after many… Full review

rated 5 of 5 stars Wore these boot for years. Tackled all of NH's 4000 footers in them. Loved these boots very much, and plan to buy another pair. I used these boots in all conditions and all seasons, both day hiking and backpacking. I had a great deal of confidence in them. They kept my feet comfortable and dry, and provided excellent traction. Knocked off all of the White Mountains 4000 footers in them.   Parted ways with them recently when I decided to give them to the guide who led us up Mt. Kilimanjaro. These… Full review
