Photon Wire Gate Carabiner

rated 4 of 5 stars The Camp Photon wire gate carabiner is the lightest full size carabiner in the world and has an extremely large gate opening for easy clipping. Review The Camp Photon carabiner is amazingly light weighing in at 29 grams. It also has a one of the largest gate openings at 28mm for the straight gate and 29mm for the bent gate. I currently have 12 Photon Wire Bent Gate carabiners on the rope end of my quickdraws and they are noticeably lighter than the hotwires I replaced while still being easy to clip. Full review

ED Micro Jacket Lady Evo

rated 4.5 of 5 stars This review is for the ED Micro Jacket Lady Evo. This is for the women's version, not the men's version. The fit is great on this ED Micro Jacket Lady Evo. It is snug so that it's flattering and does not make you look like a round puffball, but flexible enough so it moves with you and does not feel tight. It moves like a fleece but is warm like a puffy jacket. It is not waterproof, but it beads a bit of water off. It is VERY WARM for it’s weight. It fits nicely under a roomy rain shell for great… Full review

rated 4.5 of 5 stars Ice climbing dream. For pure WI these are my favorite ice tool to date. The slim pick usually is a one swing wonder, which makes steep climbs less tiring. With my Nomics I feel like I have to battle-axing in to the ice, but not the X-dream even with the "mixed" pick. The handle has two positions ice and Mixed, I keep mine on the ice setting.  The difference is that the mixed sets the handle angle a bit more aggressive.  My only gripe is the little adjustable plastic grip rest on the upper shaft,… Full review

Ball Nut

rated 2.5 of 5 stars Great idea... never use them though. None of my climbing partners will use these, and to be honest — I've only ever placed them out of curiosity. Because of the specific width — you are limited to finding cracks with that exact proportion for the camming-ball to fit. Realistically, any other nut will do. The wires get bent very easily, so the ball twists and turns. Great idea... never use them though. They still hang on my harness, though I often discard them when selecting gear — they're… Full review

rated 4 of 5 stars Must keep in mind that this product is made in China. This is easy to observe when looking at the quality of the product that was used. Regardless, this helmet does what it is intended to do. A little tricky to adjust the fit properly, but once adjusted, the helmet fits like a glove. A good helmet for the price. Full review
