Here's what other sites are saying:

From Pathfinder, authentic outdoor gear for the serious adventurer, comes a new Triple-sensor analog digital timepiece with direction, altitude, barometric pressure and temperature sensors.Depending on the sensor mode entered, the second hand indicates direction, altitude differential, or barometric pressure tendency in easy-to-read analog format. The digital display shows data as values. This means the model provides the best of both digital and analog formats. The Altitude Mode performs continuous measurements at 5-second intervals for the first three minutes. After that, measurements continue to be performed in accordance with either of two available setups (every five seconds for one hour or every tow minutes for 10 hours). These new Triple Sensor models represent the ultimate in sophisticated function and ease of operation.Solar PoweredMulti-Band 6 Atomic TimekeepingTough MovementNeedle Indicator for Compass Direction, Altimeter Differential and Barometric Tendency.Multi-Band Atomic Timekeeping (US, UK, Germany, Japan, China)Receives time calibration radio signals which keep the displayed time accurateAuto receive function (up to 6 times per day/up to 5 times per day for China)Manual receive functionSignal: US WWVB, UK MSF, Germany DCF77, Japan JJY40/JJY60, China BPCFrequency: US 60kHz, UK 60kHz, Germany 77.5kHz, Japan 40/60kHz, BPC 68.5kHzTough Solar PowerTough MovementAuto hand home position correctionDigital CompassMeasures and displays direction as one of 16 pointsMeasuring range: 0 to 359 degreesMeasuring unit: 1 degree20 seconds continuous measurementHand Indication of NorthBidirectional calibration and Northerly calibration functionMagnetic declination correctionAltimeterMeasuring range: -700 to 10,000m (-2,300 to 32,800ft)Measuring unit: 5m (20ft)Hand Indication of Altitude DifferentialManual Memory measurementsAltimeter MemoryMemory capacity: 14 recordsMeasurement data: altitude, date, timeHigh / Low altitude memoryCumulative ascent / descent memoryReference altitude settingAltitude tendency graphBarometerDisplay range: 260 to 1,100 hPa (7.65 to 32.45 inHg)Display unit: 1 hPa (0.05 inHg)Hand Indication of Pressure DifferentialAtmospheric pressure tendency graphThermometerDisplay range: -10 to 60 C (14 to 140 F)Display unit: 0.1 C (0.2 F)100M Water ResistantLow Temperature Resistant (-10 C / 14 F)Full Auto LED Light with AfterglowWorld Time29 times zones (29 cities + UTC), city code display, daylight saving on/off5 Daily AlarmsHourly Time Signal1/100 second stopwatchMeasuring capacity: 59'59.99"Measuring modes: Elapsed time, split time, 1st-2nd place timesCountdown TimerMeasuring unit: 1 secondCountdown start time setting range: 1 minute to 60 minutes (1-minute increments)Full Auto Calendar (pre-programmed until the year 2099)12/24 Hour FormatsButton operation tone on/offAccuracy: +/-15 seconds per month (with no signal calibration)Battery Power IndicatorPower Saving Function.

The solar-powered Casio Pathfinder PAW5000-1 multifunction watch packs atomic time, direction, altitude, barometric pressure and temperature into a handsome, super-tough wrist-top information center. Automatically receives Atomic Clock time calibration signals in the U.S., England, Germany and Japan for incredibly accurate timekeeping. No batteries to replace-large-capacity solar storage battery requires very little light to recharge and powers watch for up to 5 months on a full charge. Small sensors detect direction, altitude and temperature, keeping you in tune with the world around you. Digital compass displays current heading; reports bearing in 1deg increments. Altimeter tracks elevation gain and loss from -2,300 to 32,800 ft./-700 to 10,000m in 20 ft./5m increments. Altimeter memory captures up to 14 records of high/low altitude, cumulative ascent/descent, date, month and time. Altitude tendency graph positions you with respect to your target altitude. Detect change in the weather-barometric tendency graph charts the weather changes. Barometer tracks atmospheric pressure changes from 260 to 1,100 hPa (7.68 to 32.49 inHg). Thermometer ranges from 14 to 140degF (-10 to 60degC) measured in 0.2degF increments (0.1degC). Electroluminescent backlight with afterglow allows reading at night. 1/100-second stopwatch measures elapsed time, split time and first- and second-place times. Features countdown timer, time in 12 or 24-hr. format, world time with 29 time zones, date, day, auto calendar (through 2099), 5 daily alarms and hourly chime. Casio Pathfinder PAW5000-1 multifunction watch is water resistant to 100m (330 ft.) and operates in temperatures as low as 14degF/-10degC.

Just like its Pathfinder cousins, the Casio Pathfinder PAW5000 Altimeter Watch packs ABC functions (altimeter, barometer, compass) plus a host of other features into a compact wristwatch. Just consider this the more refined city cousin, sporting an elegant analog style and a big metal bezel that are more at home in formal settings than the 5000's casual digital-readout relatives. And thanks to the Casio Tough Movement, you get digital accuracy under even the roughest conditions.
