Columbia Treadlite 22L Backpack Seeing the sun set from atop Porcupine Rim is a do-before-you-die kind of thing, but know this: there’s still a dozen miles of singletrack to ride back before the dusk turns to dark. The Treadlite 22 daypack lets you come prepared, featuring 22 liters of storage space (including the perfect stash spot for your bike pump and repair kit) and the steel frame to support it. Omni-Shield advanced repellency keeps the pack’s contents dry, while our all-new Backdraft Aerating Suspension utilizes lightweight frames with a tensioned backpanel to lift the pack’s load slightly off your back, allowing fresh air to pass through. Plus, all contact points feature breathable mesh and side vents to further eliminate hotspots. The minimalist 10mm-thick Velocity L.O.A.D. straps are made from two layers of ultra-light Techlite foam-a softer one on the inside for next-to-body comfort and a more rigid one on the outside for durability. The Techlite is molded around super-strong mesh inserts for unprecedented breathability and featherweight strength. The Treadlite’s Silverback reflective lining provides a bright interior so you can see your gear better for grabbing things on the fly. A large main opening includes inner bungee holds and mesh organization pockets to keep all your small items organized. An ergonomic hip belt takes the weight off your shoulders and features pockets on each side for energy bars and GPS units.
