Here's what other sites are saying:

With rockered tips and progressive sidecut, the K2 TalkBack randonee/telemark skis are as adept going up a hill as they are coming down through deep fresh snow in the backcountry.

The K2 TalkBack Skis are featherweight women's touring skis with a 108 mm waist that are as adept going up as they are descending virgin backcountry pow. All-Terrain Rocker (30% tip rocker, 70% camber) features an elevated tip for variable and soft snow performance, as well as camber underfoot for power, energy, and edge-hold in firmer conditions. Progressive Sidecut makes for wicked turns on hardpack. SnoPhobic Topsheet collects less snow, thus less fatigue. Carbon Web lightens the spin-weight. Torsion Box, Cap Construction, BioFlex2 Core are fun and durable. ZCLIP Skin Compatible with Skin Grommets for quicker switchovers. The K2 TalkBack womens backcountry skis are perfect all-around touring skis. Sizes: 153, 160. Dimensions: 124 / 88 / 108 mm. Binding Options: No binding. Radius: 18 m (size 160). Construction: Torsion Box, Cap Construction, BioFlex2 Core. Weight: 3 lbs, 1 oz or 1400 g (size 160)

It's poetry night at your local coffee shop, and you're inspired by the K2 Women's TalkBack Ski waiting patiently at your house for the first excursion into the backcountry. "Snow angels are fun, when you're not on a run, crowded with masses, who fall on their asses." While you aren't quite ready for a career as a poet, you are ready for an off-piste adventure with your K2 TalkBack Skis. Lightweight, stable, and responsive, the TalkBack won't give you any lip while you skin up the mountain as the sun crests over the horizon and then ski back down to base camp. This Ms. Sassy-Pants flaunts her all-terrain rocker and progressive sidecut both up and down the hill. The elevated rocker tip makes it easier to break trail as well as glissando over dunes of powder, and the positive camber underfoot lays the full length of the edge on the snow for easier turning over crusty snow or windblown bunkers. The BioFlex 2 core remains responsive without extra weight, and torsion box construction offers torsional rigidity. The raised X-shaped pattern indicates K2's proprietary Carbon Web, essentially a steroid shot of torsional strength and rigidity that translates into greater edge grip around every turn, skier, or tree. Cap construction holds it all together, enveloping the ski's internal organs with the SnoPhobic topsheet. This produces a lightweight, durable ski that also resists snow build-up for lighter and easier hiking. Even when touring conditions aren't quite as good as you think they should be, an 88mm waist means you can steer the TalkBack through crud or corn that is just a hair too warm. While the TalkBack is happiest out of bounds, you can readily mount any type of binding: AT, tele, or alpine. Just expect a little backtalk when you're waiting in line to load the lift.
